SERVICE DETAILS
Clear responsibilities from the start.
The proposed included period covers agreed routine changes for 30 days from actual launch. The duration and scope are confirmed in your agreement.
Care is optional. Without care, the proposed arrangement is client-owned hosting paid directly to the provider. Continued Bywater hosting needs a separate agreement. Domain and business-email charges are separate.
Care allowances and response expectations will be agreed before acceptance. Choosing or ending care does not automatically take a site offline.
